Expedited Transit: All shipments to the United States and Europe arrive within a typically estimated 3–6 business days following dispatch.

Import Duties & Taxes: As items are dispatched internationally, the customer acts as the Importer of Record. Orders destined for the United States and Europe may be subject to local VAT, sales tax, or import duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities (such as U.S. Customs or EU Customs) and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?
Transparency is central to our service. Once your parcel departs our facility, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking reference. You may monitor its progress in real-time as it proceeds to your local delivery address in the USA or Europe.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
If a shipment exceeds the estimated 3–6 day transit window, our team will initiate a priority enquiry with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will provide a resolution, such as a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns & Consumer Rights
What is your return policy for USA & European customers?
In accordance with premium service standards and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the United States and Europe have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt without providing a justification. Please note that for non-defective returns, the cost of international return shipping to our facility remains the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if my item arrives with a defect?
We maintain rigorous quality standards. If you receive a damaged laundry basket, please contact us at laundrybasket@linenretreat.com with your order number and photographic evidence. Once verified through our internal quality audit, we will issue a replacement or refund. To ensure your convenience, you are typically not required to return damaged goods, subject to our support team’s final assessment.
