3.Return & Withdrawal Rights (US & Europe)
In our commitment to cross-border service excellence and regulatory compliance, we provide a unified return policy for all our primary markets:
14-Day Return Window: Customers residing in the United States and the European Union (including EEA) are entitled to a return or statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the goods.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resellable condition.
Costs: The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect upon arrival.Please note that all authorized returns must be shipped to our designated facility in Markham, Canada. International return shipping costs can be significant and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
